There are aspects to Taiji that cannot be learned in a few weeks or months, but years and years of dedication. There is no rush. No where to be. This is a life long practice.

The ground is not always even, so balance has to be found again and again. It makes you pay attention in a different way. When that happens, energy can move through the body more naturally, passing through the muscles and returning to the earth•

The slight bend in the arm reflects a deeper principle: • Never fully collapse • Never fully lock • Stay in a state of potential This is the balance between yin and yang—softness within strength, openness within structure.
